Seller information

1. Products sold

YumiScan sells digital scan credits that allow users to launch food label scans inside the application. Available packs and pricing are displayed at checkout.

No recurring subscription is required. Users purchase credits through one-off packs only.

2. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. YumiScan does not store any card details.

An order is considered confirmed as soon as Stripe validates the payment and the user account receives the corresponding credits.

3. Credit usage

Each scan consumes one credit according to the service rules. Free credits are used before paid credits only when the daily credit is no longer available.

Paid credits do not expire as long as the user account remains active.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

Because scan credits are digital and activated immediately after payment, service execution starts without delay once the order is confirmed.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, credits already added to the account are non-refundable. In case of payment issues or missing credits, the user must use the Contact page before starting any bank dispute or chargeback process.

5. Liability

YumiScan sells a right to use digital credits in order to access an analysis service. The publisher’s liability remains limited under the Terms of Service and applicable law.

6. Support

For any question about an order, a payment, or the use of credits, the user can use YumiScan’s Contact page.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent French courts may be seized.
